Most of the time, you don't need to call us. As soon as the booking process is complete, we'll send you an e-mail (voucher) confirming your booking.

How do I change or cancel a purchase?

What information we collect from you
In General. We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. We also may request information about your traveler preferences and ticketing options. You can choose not to provide information to us, but in general some information about you is required in order for you to register as a member; purchase products or services; complete a traveler profile; participate in a survey, contest, or sweepstakes; ask us a question; or initiate other transactions on our site.

ASAP! THE SOONER WE BOOK YOUR LESSONS THE BETTER.

Where are you located?
 Our main facility is located in Miami, Florida.
We provide vacation packages at out International Kite centers in Central and South America

How do I pay?
We take credit card deposits for all lesson and rental reservations when you sign up on line or over the phone. We charge you the day of your lesson or rental. We also keep credit card information for no-shows and late arrivals.

  • Rain check policy:
    If any instructor needs to apply a rain check to your lesson or rental. We will be able to offer you the nearest date available to reschedule your lessons or give you an equivalent value price for any kite surfing equipment we may offer that you might be interested in.
  • Cancellation policy:
    We do charge a $100. 00 setup and cancellation fee for any lessons canceled within the 24hrs prior to the scheduled lessons. This policy also applies for not showing up for services, lessons or late arrivals.
  • Accommodation policy:
    We will deliver the best customer service to help you structure your accommodations according to your needs, and find the best prices available. Although, we are not held responsible for any accommodation problems you may have.
  • Kite repair policy:
    We will give you a free estimate on your kite or board repairs. Additional fees are applicable, such as: sandy kites, shipping wreckage. We do add all returning shipping costs to your repair price and are not held responsible for any problems you may encounter while or after you shipment has been made.
